About People Website

About People is a consultancy that helps organizations and leaders unlock their potential through innovative talent solutions, executive coaching, and culture design. Founded by B.J. Vaughn, the practice is rooted in aligning business goals with human-centered strategies to drive meaningful performance. When B.J. reached out, she was ready to evolve the brand’s online presence—shifting away from the feel of a solo practitioner and stepping confidently into an agency identity that reflected her depth, experience, and collaborative approach. Over the course of the project, I designed and built a fully custom website that would bring that vision to life. Using Figma to establish a warm yet professional visual direction, and Webflow to develop a flexible, scalable site, I focused on clean layouts, intentional messaging, and a clear user journey. The final result is a website that positions About People as a trusted, people-first partner for leadership growth and organizational transformation.
